Ways to Save on Catering

This article could be useful! My old boss apparently consulted on it. I definitely don't think quality of food should be sacrificed though.

I like how the Practical Wedding blog suggests a funfetti cake. That really is the best ever! It doesn't even really need icing. :)

Wow cool, thanks! I was actually thinking with all the gourmet cooks we have that maybe we could handle it...could slowly test out certain recipes for bulk quantities...plus all our friends are foodies so the food has to be amazing!
