It almost looks like it has can tabs on it in a design. It is pretty though. If you had all the money in the world it wouldn't even seem that impractical. Not a day dress though!
I thought there was only one, but yes I think the one I liked was belted and tan. The green was cute but the color threw me off. It was like super mint toothpaste. :)
I think this is a pretty dress by Walter. I wish I had money to shop. It's on sale for $118 on gilt.com
