Last night I made this. Followed this recipe for salmon (minus coriander, couldn't find any at the grocery store), although I ended up grilling in a pan vs. on a grill. I also subbed cuscus for rice and added an italian dressing mixed greens salad with tomatoes and grapes. It was delicious!

My turn to cook

Wow that sounds super yummy! Coriander=cilantro, if that helps any. Maybe you could just cook for us Saturday night! :)
Haha, I would, but we're packing up all our stuff that morning.
No worries, I'll be sure to show up after all the work is done. ;) When's your move date?
Haha, good plan. Movers are coming on Monday. We're putting everything in storage and staying at my apartment for a few days. Then on the 11th moving minimal stuff into his new place. I hate double moving.
Looks/sounds delish. I might have to add it my list... I have all the spices except for Paprika, which is pretty amazing.
Hot peppers scare me though. I made an intense Indian dish in college and got the stuff under my nails. Ow.
Double moving sucks, I'm sorry for your loss. I mean work.
Try getting hot pepper juice in your contacts. Or not washing your hands then using the bathroom. (Ok that one wasn't me but it's happened to 2 people I know!)
That isn't the way you want that area to get hot and tingly. ;)
Haha, gotta be careful with those hot peppers. I think taking out the seeds helps a lot with the level of hotness. I only used to peppers, don't ask me which ones though, there are way too many varieties. It turned out well though, not too hot, so I was able to enjoy it.
