They do, but I think the condom wouldn't get that hot between putting on the pjs, inserting the condom in the pocket, and then having things get racy enough to take them off and use it.
Yeah, I don't think body temperature would ever get hot enough to make them go bad. Plus, I think it would have to be sustained for a certain amount of time anyway, before it has an effect.
