Yum! Read this on a post on knittyboard about what to do with too much cilantro. This sounds amazing! V, what kind of food processor did yall get? I can't remember. The more I think about it the more we don't need an 11-cup mammoth beast.
Wow, that does sound delicious. I will try it soon. This is the one we got. It's really perfect in size and the 4 cup insert is great for chopping small things.
Rock on, I'll have to check it out when we come down next. Is it really heavy and/or loud? We are coming home Friday, 7/25 till Monday, 7/28. I sent you an invite to my calendar. That weekend i do want to visit 3 venues, we have my grandmother's birthday party, and I'd also like to pick out some China from Belk, so it might be a little full.

It's a good solid weight, but it's actually incredibly quiet. Often Rafe can't even tell that I'm using it!
