Pictorial Evidence

I didn't warm up. I just took this for proof... Obviously, I need more strength. Until I took this I didn't realize I was lifting my opposing shoulder. My hands are also still a little high, my standing leg could be more turned out, and my other leg could be higher. ;)
High School Dress... Is this the one you were thinking of? I know my pix are as good as Vika's but I don't have assistance.

OMG! That's ridiculous! Only in my dreams could my leg go that high and stay. Maybe if I was swinging....

Holy shit that's crazy!!! I bet your kicks would easily clear my head. If you ever wanted to take up kickboxing I bet you'd be amazing.

The dress just reminded me of something you would wear, not necessarily a dress you have, but I think that is the one I was thinking of....and now you can wear it again bc it's back in style!

Swinging? Like swinging your leg back and forth?

Kickboxing requires endurance, so I'm not sure I would actually be amazing.

Like I wasn't going to wear the dress anyway... ;)

Well it depends. Apparently I have enough endurance to get thru a 55-min cardio kickboxing class but not enough to play tennis for 30 min...so I think will plays more of a part than muscle endurance.

If you can swing your leg up there, then you could technically do that. It just is a different type of strength. ;)

Will seems to tie into everything, eh J? I probably wouldn't have the endurance for either.

Mid-August. Sneakers. I hope to do some form of training... I started the Couch to 5k thing, but then I slacked off.
