My fave dates are 5/9 and 5/30, both on Saturdays. Do you think it's weird to use the same date as Lauren? I need to make sure the venues I want are available these dates as well.
When would I need to be in Va for the wedding? Friday or Thursday? I know I didn't send you dates, but the Associates event will be the 7th or 14th of May.
Let's see. Maybe Thursday? Since there are a few of us driving down from up here I was thinking about renting a car or something...it would be like a road trip!

Yeah, Vika, the wedding should definitely be within 1 hours driving distance from you, so you'll already be "in town". I will probably find hotels for out-of-town guests in Charlottesville bc it's nicer than Waynesboro.
Well, you said the Associate event was the 7th OR the 14th, right? When will you know the actual date? If you have a work event and can't come down till the 8th, of course that would work...
Wow. In my attempt to be precise instead of saying one of the first two Wednesdays or Thursdays in May 2009, I left out two dates.
Anyway, Jenny's preferred date is the first Thursday. I'm not trying to be difficult! I just think it might interfere with my being helpful and/or in place when you want me to be on time. The week of the event, I worked until 10 or after most nights that week and didn't have time for emailing event. ;)
Ok so the 6th OR the 7th, and the 13th OR the 14th. Make some magic happen- get her to push the date back! I haven't checked out the dates with the venues yet, so technically they're just still in my head. Ok, Ok, will take that into consideration....so technically the 30th would be better for you.
I still feel a little strange using the same date as Lauren...

Yeah... using the same date is a bit weird, but do whatever you want anyway :)
